Mario and Luigi have died. Now who will rise up to save the Mushroom Kingdom when there is trouble.
The story starts off at Mario and Luigi's funeral. Every Nintendo character ever (except Pokemon) has shown up to mourn the loss of their beloved mascots.
Peach is seen crying, Toadsworth tries to comfort her, but he has relized himself that it is to know use.

So Toadsworthy stuffs a sock in her mouth to cork her cry-hole.
If Mario is always running around saving Peach, why is he so fat?

And Peach suffocates to death. Then everyone becomes an angry mob and slughters Toadsworth.
Meanwhile, Wario, the forgotten yet really awesome in my mind 3rd brother, is trying to figure out some way to take control over what has been lost for now.

But then a cheese bubble came along, and Luigi ate it and melted from the inside out because it was corrosive. Mario then went to the Cola machine for some Diet Blood (only 3 calories!) and he said
"X equals negative B plus or minus the square root of quanity B squared minus 4 times A times C all divided by 2 times A"

Then Einstein was found with an extreme loss of blood, and everyone knew why. Vampire Mario turned into a bat and flew away, and suddenly the light of dawn hit him and he reverted into normal, living Mario. (Who knows why he didn't turn to dust.)
Meanwhile, Luigi was recovering from the latest happenings . . .
