Can you burn SPCs onto blank discs?

If you mean as the raw data that they are, of course.

If you mean as music to play in normal CD players, you'd need to convert them to WAV or MP3 with something like Winamp, and then burn them as audio.

First, make sure you have Winamp 2.xx.

Second, download a SPC player plugin for Winamp here, if you don't already have one.
Then, get a WAV or MP3 encoder plugin from some Winamp plugin place. Plug those in, and you're pretty much set.
If you want fades without a lot of trouble, I suggest simply using Sound Recorder, record off the sound card (by selecting Stereo Mix in the Volume Control recording volume dialog), play the SPC, and when you want it to stop, just fade with Winamp, and you have a complete file.

Oh yeah, just so you know! I did find this one everything player (played MP3s, SPCs, NSFs, ect. ect. ect.) but it was in Japanese. I guess by some fluke I figured out how the work it. You can change it from having the song play forever, to play it in only one turn (just in case you don't want to have to guess when to stop the song?)
