Forum Games / Your Desert Island List

Tomorrow you'll become stranded on a desert island for an indefinite period of time. Pick the entertainment you'll be stuck with - five things in each category. Compilations are fine, but let's avoid "collected works" of any medium. Technicalities are a non-issue; you'll be provided with all the technology and electricity needed. Note that your choices won't affect the duration of your stay, so there's no point in picking How To Build a Raft Out of Coconuts as a book or Big Blinking Light That Attracts Passing Ships as a game (unless that's your thing).
EDIT: Also, no internet/DLC/online multiplayer.

Video Game Chat / Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light (& Bravely Default) (& Bravely Second)

Anyone else have this somewhat overlooked RPG? It's by no means perfect, but it's good enough that I recently bought a (used) second copy. To quote one bad nizzle,
Square Enix has announced a very Engrish sequel, but there's a significant chance it will never see a North American release.
Mind you, it borrows a LOT of themes and gameplay elements from NES-era FF games, especially FFIII. It feels like a remake of a Final Fantasy title that never existed. If you want to experience the game without actually playing it, I highly recommend this LP ("Let's Play") of it. Even if you're not interested in FF:4HoL, Crooked Bee's narration makes for an immensely entertaining read (provided that you're okay with some foul language and the community's general disdain for JRPGs).

-Can't grow a moustache
-Gynecomastia
-Poop-coloured eyes
-Constantly bite fingernails and the skin around them until they bleed
-Lack the self-control to lose weight
-Shy and awkward around strangers, but overly casual and curt around people I know
-No ambition, don't do things unless I'm told to do them
-Procrastinate
-Avoid girls because I'm afraid they'll misinterpret something I do or say

Video Game Chat / Kirby Copy Abilities

What are your favourite copy abilities in the Kirby series? Here's a list in case you need a refresher. Mine are as follows:
Hammer - Poor range, but with enough strength to kill a miniboss in two hits, who's to complain?
Magic - What debuted as a gimmicky throwaway ability is now a proverbial barrel of deadly monkeys. The top hat is cute, too.
Mirror - Great for bosses, since it makes you almost impervious to projectile attacks while guarding.
Spear - My new all-time favourite ability. Along with having phenomenal omnidirectional range, it can solve many puzzles meant only for Sword or Cutter.
Smash - Showcases the better half of Kirby's SSBM moveset. The only real downside is that it's so rare, one might be reluctant to use it to its fullest extent for fear of losing it.
Firework (Bomb+Fire) - Unlike most barrier-type abilities, Kirby doesn't lose any momentum when using Fireworks. In other words, fields once strewn with enemies can be reduced to nothing without you even stopping.

General Chat / Albums you think are perfect

Perfect as in, there is not a single thing in it that you ever find yourself complaining about. Not even a minor detail you would change, add or subtract.
Although my music collection consists of over 250 CDs, I barely feel qualified to answer since at least 80% of them are greatest-hits releases. With a handful of exceptions, I tend to only buy bona-fide albums from artists with a consistently good catalog. Regardless, here are the albums I consider to be on the verge of sonic perfection:
The Beatles - Rubber Soul: It's pretty much everything an album should be. Every song is distinct, but unified by an overall feeling. Not to mention, "In My Life" is one of the most beautiful songs ever committed to tape.
The Beatles - Revolver: Like its predecessor, but more electric, eclectic, innovative and exploratory. Even the ever-retarded "Yellow Submarine" does little to bring the album down... Too bad the same can't be said of George's meandering, curry-scented contribution, however.
Neil Young - After the Gold Rush: Save perhaps for the throwaway ditties which conclude each side of the record on a comparatively light note, every song is wrought with raw emotion and meaning.
Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin IV: Hurr durr isn't this such an original choice? I just can't help but love every track on the album, with the possible exception of "Four Sticks". So sue me.
Tiny Tim - God Bless Tiny Tim: **** the haters; Tiny Tim is where it's at.

So, how many of you have had this French-Canadian delicacy? It's available at burger restaurants across Canada, but I hear it's fairly obscure in the States.
To those who picked poll option #3: Poutine is basically french fries and cheese curds smothered in gravy. It's every bit as unhealthy as it sounds.

One would assume that 649 is more than enough to cover eveything that's ever existed, but Game Freak has proven otherwise. What organisms, objects and concepts have you always thought should be represented as a Pokemon? These stick out in my mind:
-The world's largest rodent, the capybara. Even if it was [dukar]-tier Route 1 trash like Ratatta or COMPLETE AND UTTER CODSWALLOP WHOSE MOTHER IS A WHORE like Bidoof, I'd want one.
-Kingdra's well-camoflauged counterpart, the leafy sea dragon.
-The near-indestructible tardigrade, AKA the water bear. This microscopic mother****er can survive in a block of ice, a blazing fire, and even the vaccuum of space.
-A dolphin. Believe it or not, there are currently no Pokemon based primarily on dolphins.
-This thing
