I went to the official Evolution movie page to see if I can get that 'funky music, white boy' music in some way (check the 'descriptions' topic).
Anyway I went there and it said the movie was about to come to the theaters. Weird enough, I have seen that movie last Sunday (It rocks!!).
The thing is: Movies are supposted to show first in U.S. and THEN in the rest of the world, because of the delay of the translations and so on. (Well, Jurassic Park III was first shown at the same time here and there, but that would be the maximum 'no delay'. One could think that they 'delayed' the 'first show' -I know I'm sounding stupid, but I don't remember the real noun in English -- we call'em 'estrenos': the first shows of a movie- so they could put it in all the world at the same time).
Strangely, funny and weird enough, I have seen the 'Mummy 2' commercials several times (in the videogame, internet and so on), and they say it will arrive in summer 2001. Well, that would be truth here, with summer in March and autumn in April-May-June, but not there, because summer is just arriving. But it IS true.
So what's going on?

"LOL" means "laugh out loud." It's used by people who feel it's corny to post "hahaha!"

Some other common abbreviations:

ROTFL-"roll on the floor laughing"
BTW-"by the way"
AYBABTU-"all your base are belong to us"
YKYPMGTMW-"you know you play 'Mario' games too much when..."
IHATAWTKKCF-"I have a theory about where the Koopa Kids came from"
...and of course the oft used:
ISTCFMIMBIHNPIAIDRPT-"I saw the commercials for 'Mario is Missing' but I have never played it and I don't really plan to"

Yeah, Evolution was great, but Osmosis Jones (coming August 10th) looks even better. Bill Murray rules.

Well, I don't think I quite understand the first part of your signature. . .

Anyhow, here in the U.S, Evolution has been in theatres since June. Sadly, Osmosis Jones isn't in theatres until August.
