This topic is a wedge.  It has no other purpose, so don't bother replying to it.

What's wrong with you?! Calling a topic a chocobo call in General Mario Chat?!

Mario, Mario, Mario! What happened to Mr. Andretti?

"Kweh" is common usage for me, so I didn't think it so strange or wrong.
Now then:  What's wrong with YOU!?  Replying to a wedge topic so?

I didn't think an e-mail would get through, since some people have e-mail filtering. You could have placed it at General Chat, y'know. Ah, whatever! Go ahead and place wedges wherever the heck you like! I don't care anymore.

*MadMario hits himself in the face 'cuz he wasn't thinking about the last post he made here.

What's the point of this "wedge topic"?

When kirby_101 was playing with HTML, he made one topic that consumed all other topics up to the first availible quotation mark.  I made this topic (with quotation marks, of course) and crammed it under the one kirby_101 made to keep it from rolling away and crushing other topics into oblivion:  A wedge.
MadMario's comment sort of sounds like there's already a term "wedge," but if there is, that wasn't the point of this one.

Look! Mom! I'm replying to a wedge topic! Aren't you proud? :*D

Anyway, I was wondering what this was for....

*My real signature went on strike, said something about "unfair working conditions". So, this is a temporary replacement sig, until I can work things out with the real sig.

I was gone for a week so I didn't see it. I knew kirby_101 would do something like that.

frostbite, it's both a call and what chocobos say. It's the same thing!

A big yellow bird that goes "Wark" in Final Fantasy VII and "Kweh" in FFIX, but they are in every Final Fantasy game there is.

I don't know what they say in the others, but it sounds like it's wimpering or something in FFX.

Wedge is a character in squaresoft games too.

I decided to go hire a signature... but he charged too much, so I fired him. Yeah, him.
That was a joke.

Actually, Chocobos didn't appear in the Final Fantasy series until either FF2j or FF3j (I have my bets on FF2j, but...I could be wrong) Chocobos were not in the first Final Fantasy. There were, however, mad ponys that were ridiculesly powerful and wiped me out the first few times I tried to leave teh city.
And I'll have you know that we also say "Kweh" in the "CuteChocobo" series-(Chocobo's mysterious Dungeon, Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon 2, Chocobo Racing, and Dice de Chocobo).
I think of "Kweh" As sort of a cute sound/sound of a youthfull chocobo, but of course that has no real factual background. Whark or Kweh, what ever.
And to the person that said Chocobos are a copy of those birds in joust...
The Chocobos in Black have all ready been informed of your address...They uhh...Just want to talk to you...Yeah.
