Can someone fully explain the rules to me?

1.Which bad words can and can't be used?
2.What is a flame war?
3.When shouting, does it have to be all
  words, or some words? ex. MARIO IS COOL
                        ex. MARIO is COOL
4. What is bumping?

1) I would say, if you wouldn't say it to your mother, don't say it at all.

2)  A fight between posters, which is disrespecful to others because it takes place in a topic.

3) SHouting is never good, unless you are trying to be funny, but it is neve acceptable when you are responding to someone else.

Bumping is posting in an older topic for the sole purpose of putting it at the top of the list and not to start conversation. Ex. I want my old thread back at the top so I post "Boy, this thread sure is old, *bump*" in it.

Edit: I forgot to put "Bumping is".

 To bump a thread, it doesn't even need to be old, just falling down the list.

Just as long as people don't start insulting each other for a stupid reason, arguments are fine. Just as long as they promote intelligent conversation, though.
