Well, you aren't hundreds of years old.  None of us are.

I haven't been around long enough to understand the winter celebration. Sorry.

Here's a couple of places to start:

I'm hopeful that I've got people on the site with quotes like mine! That's pretty cool.

EDIT: Agh! I thought you guys meant the Fungi Forums Christmas celebration. (If there even is one.)

I mean, I thought this was some kinda tradition..............I feel like an idiot. X_X

YAY
I'm going to go to the Midwest Clinic tomorrow to play in a concert.
Starting tomorrow, I will be seen as a part of Chicago history.

I have some HOPEFUL news. There is going to be a Wii shipment at Toys R Us this Friday of 10+ consoles. This is probably my last chance for Wii before Christmas, so I'm going to make it count. The only thing is, I need a ride, and everyone I know of that could give me a ride will probably be working. But, I have HOPE that I will get this ride and I will get Wii. I'll actually be able to use those Wii-related Christmas presents over the break.

I GOT ONE!

Yes! After tons of searching and searching, we have finally found a Wii! My uncle bought it, now my dad has to pay for the Wii. This totally makes up for the cold that prevented me from going to our school's 3-day over-night nature reserve (but that's a story for another thread...)

Whoa. Your room is so white. If I lived in there I'd probably go blind.
Anyway, that rocks. If you get connected, post your friend code.

Yes, I'm rather proud of my Super white room ;).

Oh, and I haven't opened it yet. I'm getting it as a Christmas present. But yeah, I'll give you my Wii number and vice versa once I get connected.

I play one of the many generic percussion instruments. It depends on which song I'm playing.
Anyways, I'm back from the Midwest Clinic. It was somewhat fun; and I got to meet a bunch of famous composers/conductors. Bruce Pearson conducted the band insted of my normal director, that was kind of interesting. The next place I'm going to play is in Disney Land in Florida, next year in March 2008.
Oh, and in April, I'll (hopefully) be one of the 40 people in my school that gets to go to Springfield, IL as a special History field-trip. But, I'm not sure if I'll be able to go, because with hotel fees, bus services, meals, and other stuff, it'll be about $230. Oh well.

I was looking at my hair in the mirror and thought to myself, "My hair looks so good I look like a gay guy."

Your personal level of homophobia will dictate whether or not this statement is positive or negative.

Gay people are always in good shape.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
