Not really, at least not in the traditional sense like SMB3's Boom-Boom. You only fight him two or three times throughout the adventure.

Beat the game last night. Now I'm working on the special attack challenges. But...Yoo Who Cannon is impossible due to being blind in one eye and having a terrible short-term memory. The perfectionist in me is crying.

I had problems with the Yoo Hoo Cannons at first, but then I noticed that there are exactly four Mario cannons and four Luigi cannons.  Try to remember just one brother's four cannons.  Hope that helps.

Yeah, I just remember one bro's cannons, too. Still, it just starts going so fast... I don't think I have an "A" on any of those.

I've already tried that, but my one working eye simply can't catch that stuff fast enough. No matter. I told myself that I'm not even going to try it anyway.

Assuming I'm wrong, I'm not going to look and ruin the surprise, but I don't think you get anything incredible out of the deal, anyway.

To be specific, obtaining an 'A' rank in the Cholesteroad's Yoo Who Cannon challenge nets you a pair of Bros. Socks, which doubles the wearer's defense if he's carrying his KO'd brother. In other words, don't bother. Besides, all you get for acing every challenge is the Master Wear, a slightly inferior, physically-oriented alternative to the A-OK Wear.

Say, I've heard that the game's ending differs slightly depending on your level at the time of completion. Has anyone else caught wind of this?

Well, when you beat the game, your ranks are shown, and I'd assume that having the highest rank for the Bros and Bowser would change something.
