I've been internally debating on and off for a while whether or not to make this thread. But I figure, why the heck not?
Anyway, it's self-explanatory. If you say or think "that's awesome" to anything posted here, you lose.

Well, something awesome will often amaze you, but not everything that amazes you is necessarily awesome. For example, this (http://cache.kotaku.com/assets/resources/2007/10/link2.jpg) carving is certainly awesome, but not really eye-poppingly amazing.

Ah, I always wondered where that thing was from. Lost to the horses doing faceplants (yeah, I'm pretty sure those horses are in a coma or dead by now), the infamous skidding-under-the-truck horse, the jeeps being able to jump at will, crashing through multiple panes of glass without slowing down, and the random explosions at the end. Lost to everything, really. Everything's just so over, it's like the film Michael Bay would make as a kid.
But my favorite part still is having those jeeps launch into the air just by rising from your seat. Watch 2:47-3:00, it's like the 100m Hurdles Dash with jeeps.

Nearly lost. I forget if you can take off suits in the game (I don't think you can), and if not, then indeed there would be a limit to how much energy you could have at that time. If so, then it's amazing that he made it through. More so that he made it with just a millisecond to spare. And like the comments said, he would have had more health if it weren't for door lag. Those evil doors.
Wonder if anyone's tried anything similar for speedrunning through Norfair in "Super Metroid".

Whenever I get a package of plain M&Ms, I make it my duty to continue the strength and robustness of the candy as a species. To this end, I hold M&M duels.
Taking two candies between my thumb and forefinger, I apply pressure, squeezing them together until one of them breaks and splinters. That is the "loser," and I eat the inferior one immediately. The winner gets to go another round.
I have found that, in general, the brown and red M&Ms are tougher, and the newer blue ones are genetically inferior. I have hypothesized that the blue M&Ms as a race cannot survive long in the intense theater of competition that is the modern candy and snack-food world.
Occasionally I will get a mutation, a candy that is misshapen, or pointier, or flatter than the rest. Almost invariably this proves to be a weakness, but on very rare occasions it gives the candy extra strength. In this way, the species continues to adapt to its environment.

I don't think it ever actually showed her, she was just mentioned in the backstory. Her look seems to be based on Zelda's mourning robe from TP (which might be intended to play into the theory that Link and Zelda are brother and sister in OoT, making Link's mother the queen).

That is awesome, and I lost, but the enemy placement seems a bit odd. Specifically, the Hammer Bro at Seaside. I don't believe there were any Hammer Bros at that point in the game. The rest makes sense (except too for maybe the house at Bandit's Way..) and it's an awesome drawing, so I'm not going to complain too much.
