This one's courtesy of the Four-Word Mario Story. By the way, wouldn't it be wise to paste our signatures into these posts so they'll still be relevant once we've changed sigs? In fact, I believe I shall:

In fact, a few users already were putting their sigs within posts here.

Well some do, some don't. I know that most of the first posters on this thread did, but that was so long ago that I think everyone rewrote their signature with every post, wherever.

I don't know if that many people go back and look at old posts here, anyway, though...

Uh, way back then, signatures were attached to the post itself rather than being a separate thing at the bottom. They otherwise worked like they do now. I was referring to posts long after the forum software switch.

Completely forgot about that.

Oh, so that's how it worked... going back, it just looks like everyone typed them in.

I kind of hate this thread because I kind of hate sigs

but,

Earlier today I was reading through the thread where the Advice Dog pic first appeared and decided to make my sig:

"Well, if Lizard Dude can kiss a girl, then I bet I could!"  -Markio

A couple hours later I suddenly realized:

Markio was gay.

Not to derail the topic, but what thread was advice dog first in (and we called it Kiss the Puppy too!)

Kinopio is the ultimate video game character! Who else can drive a kart, host parties, play tennis, give good advice and items, and is almost always happy??

Guide to Kissing

The post is now blank because (like a dumbhead) TEM deleted the MySpace account the pic was hosted on and it eventually got purged from their servers.

"Do you deny that this be bangin'?"

Another (censored) PA reference, this one to the comic here (language warning). I'd been hoping to put it on a shirt or something, but a sig seems just right.

All the cool members have the censor turned off anyway, so who's to offend?

...Or is there a rule against profanity in signatures?

*Checks*

...Well, no, actually! Still, I'd reckon there's some overlap with the profanity rules of the forum itself (censor or none, as some of us know).
