THE BABY KILLING, UNHUMAN, VILLAINOUS PEOPLE AT WARNER BROTHERS DID IT AGAIN! If I was in charge of Warner Bros. I would do a way better job than the guy who currently owns it does, and if I were in his position I would be fearing for my life.

Harry Potter 6 was supposed to come out last November 21. BUT THOSE BABY KILLING [the same long list of bad names] MOVED IT TO JULY 17. They moved to July 15, but that doesn't undo the damage from the original move! And what did Warner Bros. do this time?

Harry Potter is still set for a July 15 release date, but the [long list of names] moved the IMAX release date back two ****ing weeks.

Read about it here.

Whoever is responsible for this is just asking for an extremely slow and painful death for them and their families.
Complain!!

I heard it kinda sucks anyway. No big battle scene at the end (all the SFX budget was spent on a useless scene at the beginning that wasn't in the book) and Snape is pretty much unambiguously good for anyone who's paying attention (as opposed to the book, where it took at least a week to figure it out). The best thing about it will probably be that it brings us one movie closer to the 7th and 8th ones, which better be awesome.

Welcome to Harry Potter movies 3-5.  And probably 6 and 7-1/7-2.

Man, you got me all excited. I thought there was a real riot at Warner Bros.
That was a joke.

Yeah, I kept picturing the Animaniacs tipping over the water tower.

As for the issue at hand, why be furious now? This delay was announced eons ago (and even if it hadn't been, I think what would have tipped anyone off would've been if the day it was supposed to be released came and went and, uh, it didn't come out). Besides, I am/was ticked too, but we've only got about a month to go now.

Now that would've been real news right there.
I reached a slow part in the last book, and haven't felt the need to finish it.

At first I was hoping this was an Animaniacs related thread -- like maybe they tried to let them out again but a riot of people made them stop.

OMG!

Oh, by the way, I missed the part where they killed babies. Where was that?
