As an artist who likes to work with color, I am not colorblind.  My old band instructor is, though.  He thought he saw a silver beetle, but his daughter corrected him by telling him that it was pink.  (Colorblindness is more common in males than it is in females)

Everyone tells me I'm color-blind, but I don't believe them.

Have you taken a colorblindness test?

I found out about a week ago I'm ever-so-slightly colorblind in that blue and purple look exactly the same to me (I was looking at some Crayloa crayons and noticed the blue and purple ones were identical despite having their respective names printed on them). I think that this happened to me sometime recently, as I've never noticed it before. Also, no other colors seem to be affected.

You can't be blue-purple colorblind only.  Photoreceptors don't work that way.

Well, now I know I'm not Blue-Purple colorblind.

Brown and greens should be affected. My uncle is colorblind so my aunt has to pick his clothes out.

Well, I do have an eye problem,
but it's not color blindness.
The guys at the eye centre
say that I've got a 'Lazy Right Eye'
This means my Brain only gets a tiny signal from my
right eye and a big one from my left.

Apparently it's FF open mic night. By the way, that's a terrible idea and I would not attend that.
