That'd be a REALLY easy question to answer, if it weren't for all the baddies in SMRPG. I have NO idea which, so here's my five favourites;

- Bowser
- Smithy
- Booster
- Valentina
- Jimmy "Johnathon" Jones

Hmmmm......my top three would have to be:

Mine would have to be Magikarp. With his menacing glare that strikes the heart of his opponent, his krakken like tail that sends out tsunamis higher than the Sears Tower. Yes Indeed, Magikarp is the best villain in the world.

I have to say King Bowser Koopa is the evilest villian in Mario. And don't forget Captian Sprup from the list.
