I realyzed the quote doesn't explain by itself, so I'll explain it:
I'm a Fight Club fan. Currently, I'm using lots of quotes taken from it.
One of the charachters, Tyler, makes soap. He takes fat, mixes it with other stuff, and puts it on fire due to chemical reasons (make soap). While doing that, on top of the 'mixture' appears a thick portion of glicerine. One needs to take that out to make the soap.
So you have glicerine. Then you go to the farmer's shop and buy nitrate. Nitrate + Glicerine = Nitroglicerine.
So, with enough soap, you can blow nearly everithing up.
Btw, you can make a kind of napalm by mixing orange juice with gasoil.
