Last time I filled up, petrol was at about $1.73 here in the Midwest US. What general area do you live in and how much is your gas?
This is a little off the subject, but speaking of oil I always thought it would be cool to be an Arab.
-
Midwest, about $2.02 a gallon. So an average fill-up totals $20+.
-
I don't pay for gas :).
Does your face hurt?

In lower-Michigan, gas is about $1.80 per gallon, i.e. too much.
$2.02!? jeez Deezer, that sucks!

What's funny is that my parents remember a time when they could fill the tank with the change between the couch cushions.

I must say, this topic is quite a concept.
Well, in the eastern U.S. gas ranges from about $1.50 to $1.85 (And that's for regular unleaded.)
If you get lucky you can sometimes find it for about $1.37, however.
Well now, look at the time. It's 1:30 AM. Happy Tuesday.

In Canada?
Too expensive. We have different ratios or something.

Being the end of August, I now pay about $1.35 or so in Michigan. Looking back on the summer, I'm really glad it didn't spike up to $3.00 like I heard it was going to.
I remember a few years back when it was $.80!! What happened?! :(

I''ve decided to add a signature. Now...what should I type? Hmm...

The last tank of gas I got (low-grade) was $1.31, but I've paid as much as $1.65. It's been like this all over Colorado, and I hate it--but it's not nearly as bad as $2.02! Yuck!
-
Last week, the average price in my town spiked 30 cents in one day, from 1.39 to 1.69. Ouch.
-
Yeah, $1.69 here now, too.
