Title: Lizard Dude Wii Ketchup Project
Post by: Lizard Dude on January 18, 2011, 12:10:38 AM
For the last year+, I have not used my Wii because the disc drive developed a nightmare gigavolume banshee wail so loud that it rendered playing any disc game impossible. Due to laziness and xtreme procrastination I delayed sending it to Nintendo but the weight of all the games I haven't played yet because of it has now become unbearable so now is the time.

The purpose of this thread is to help me not forget anything I should have played in the last year. I'm going to list the games I already plan on getting and you remind me of anything I missed.

Super Mario Galaxy 2
No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle
Donkey Kong Country Returns
Kirby's Epic Yarn
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers
Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles
Boom Blox Bash Party
Metroid: Other M
Walk It Out

A Boy and His Blob

I think you told me once that TvC does NOT use the GGPO netcode like SSFIITHDR and MvC2 and my interest in ever playing it dropped to zero because it would SUCK online like SFIV.

ABaHB added to list.

Dance Central has rendered Just Dance irrelevant.

S&PSS, I dunno. I didn't dig the original. But I also haven't played it that much.

Throw in Sakura Wars: So Long My Love, unless a dub only game is a complete turn off to you.

Also, Castlevania Rebirth is worth taking a visit into that WiiWare channel.

Actually I have kept up with WiiWare because it doesn't use the disc-drive (Contra ReBirth, Art Style: light trax, BIT.TRIP, etc.).

Did you get to Punch Out before the problem occurred?

The only other game that comes to mind is Monster Hunter Tri, if that's your bag.
