Who here loves anime?Tenchi Muyo/Universe/in Tokyo,DragonBall,DragonballZ/GT,OutlawStar,SailorMoon,Zoids...Ms Gundam was pretty Good...And Pokemon Was Gay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...Mario is even anime...O,ya anime is said an-i-mai.

Yeah, Anime's great, but I prefer the kind that you don't see on cartoon network. Cable/network TV anime tends to be badly dubbed, horribly edited, and minced to pieces during the "Americanization."

I do like Tenchi Muyo, so long as it's not Americanized, but there is a much broader range in great anime than most may think: Neon Genesis, Evangelion, Akira, Vampire Hunter D, Bloodlust, Dirty Pair, 3x3 Eyes, Trigun, Castle Cagliostro, Riding Bean, Ah! My Goddess, Key the Metal Idol, Princess Mononoke, Ranma 1/2... many others I can't remember right now... it goes on.

I'm a big time Anime fan. I collect a lot of Sailor Moon stuff. So, Sailor Moon has got to be my fav. I've also taken a liking to Magic Knight RayEarth, Cowboy Bebop, and Dragonball Z. Those are pretty much the only ones I watch. :)

i remember back to when kids' wb didn't have any anime
instead it had GOOD shows

I love anime! I have no favorites but ones I like are:
Speed racer(now everyones gonna kill me)
Outlaw Star
Megaman(yes, there is an anime of it)
Transformers(not beast wars) I like the old and new versions.
Magic knight rayearth(I know I spelled something wrong)
Can''t hold on much longe. But I will never let go.

I like Speed Racer too. And There's An Anime Of MegaMan!!!????!!!???? Where!When! O ya I think their's a Mario Anime,search for a topic about it in the forums.

HEY! the shows i listed aren't bad
they were the greatest
they were funny...hilarious even
well...some were more action shows
but then pokemon came along and started this whole anime trend<YEAH, that's right..a trend it will fade, man>
after the success of pokemon<yes it was a success everyone loved it> other anime shows spawned
they might be better than pokemon...but that's where they all came from

i guess i don't have any place to judge the anime you're talking about..i haven't seen any...i don't have cable
and before you get to say "cable doesn't have cable"...that's not the cable my name came from
cable04 comes from 04, my favorite number and cable the guy in xmen from the future with a glowing eye and big metal arm
so, pretty much what i'm sayin' is that i haven't seen the 'good' anime so i can't judge you if you like it...and also don't judge me for not liking it

OOOO...I'd say I hated Anime too if all I'd seen was that crap on Fox and kids WB...REAL Anime isn't like that junk,it's not gay kids stuff its for more mature people. the only good one they showed I think it was WB was Escaflowne...to bad the retards a WB cut it off because they needed to show more crappy pokemon reruns so I never knew what happened to Von...

I love TV Anime but what about manga? There's lots of great manga too and a lot of Anime Started as Manga.(Manga's a japenese comic,more like a graghic novel but its drawn in Anime style)

I really like Those Who Hunt Elves even though its got a lot to do with stripping. Also Kakyuusei! But I don't adore Yu Gi Oh too much, I think that show is pretty boring (sorry Yu Gi Oh fans)and Pokemon and Digimon are old so you can just forget about those.
