Title: Coop Doubles Tournament (MPT)

Can I play the Doubles tournaments in Mario Power Tennis with another human player instead of the COM? I can't figure out how, so either

A) You can't, which is a horrible travesty
B) You can, but the menu system is very confusing
C) You can, but it must be unlocked first

All three of these options disappoint me. :( It was my favorite part of Mario Tennis.

Not the tournaments, even though the manual lists Tournament mode as 1-4 Players!!!!
