Fan Creations / Re: Haiku
« on: June 14, 2006, 03:15:45 PM »
Off the top of my head...

Writing haikus can
Be very entertaining
But it gets boring.

Super Mario
Brothers is a [darn] good game
I'll go play some now!

Saint Francis once said
"Pineapples go with pizza"
He was a wise man.

Don't you hate it when
People don't type properly
On boards and IMs?

Two plus two is four
See? I listen during Math
That makes me clever!

Now I am going
To bed to earn some good sleep
Snore snore snore snore snore...

Bah, I need the ALT codes for the three special characters in Swedish. Anyone? :/

Anyway, first time round I called my Yoshi "Fido". How original.

Today, like the low-class scumbag I am, I ate ravioli out of a can.

I'll make more of an effort tomorrow.

...Maybe. ;)

[insert distinction between haiku and senryu here]

Heh... I just realised that's actually a haiku. Congrats?

I like burritos
They taste nice and are so cool
I'll go have some now

The cape or the spin jump don't work on their own. Combined, however... ;)

Make sure you get a run-up first. Just do some trial-and-error to find the right jumping position and you'll be across in no time.

...Interesting topic.

Anyway, I had pasta last night, coated in green pesto (made from spinach, I think - 'standard' red pesto is made from tomatoes). Today I'm having tagliatelle (sp?).

Yeah, I 'm somewhat obsessed with pasta/noodles/spaghetti etc.

My code:

I don't go online routinely, so you'll have to drop me a PM and/or e-mail and tell me to get connected whenever. My time zone is GMT (0), by the way.

So, um... hi... *is scared*

Let me start by saying this is the first time in about three years I have set my eyes on these forums. Out of complete boredom, I had a roam around some of the sites I used to go on, and nostalgia hit me... so here I am. This is a new account, but a select few may just recognize me as my old, pre-teen, spam-master self - Yoshi6.

Please don't hurt me, I have matured considerably since then. >_>

C'mon, there are all the classic members? Sapphira? Black Mage? Mario Master?! Please tell me you're still here!

I'm not angry with you, King Boo. It's Meowrik ... I'll sort him out later. Yeah, so ... the Big Bro Shirt did work, but Balloon Flight didn't. Please could you re-do it? Thanks. ^^ Now to sort out Meowrik. What do you think you're getting up to?! You're meant to send this Backyard Pool you promised me ... ~_~

I like to trade. So much fun out of those little codes ... *coughs* I couldn't be bothered to make that poetic. XD Thanks, 'Boo. Meowrik, I don't mind how long it takes to get the codes. I just want 'em at one point, obviously! I don't wanna hurry you, okay? Take it easy.

So, there are your codes. I await my Backyard Pool, Big Bro Shirt and Balloon Flight! Ah, but I need to mention two things.

1) This is to the other guys, here - these codes won't work with your copies of Animal Crossing. They were made especially for Meowrik and King Boo. Therefore, if you are not the correct person, the game will not accept the codes and will not give you the item. So, don't try to steal 'em items! 'Cos you can't!

2) I am quite tired, and my girlfriend has just been going on about 'cheese' for ages. I may have made a mistake in the code. If your code does not work, tell me and I'll send it again at an earlier time of day. Sorry about that. ;)
