The cutscenes in Mario Galaxy are actually very good, I just skip the boring cutscenes such as the ones found in Final Fantasy.

I found Rawk Hawk to be more of a comic relief than an actual threat.

I have played Final Fantasy VII and Kingdom Hearts, both games provided me with no enjoyment.  I never played Chrono Trigger, can someone explain why this game is so "great?"

Bowser is more actually more successful than you might think.  He is very competent in Super Paper Mario and SMRPG, and Mario probably died many times trying to get to Bowser, and trying to defeat him.  Plus, he is a lot of fun to use in the Super Smash Bros series.

The only game that was made by Square that I enjoyed was SMRPG.

I don't see scariness as Bowser's main thing.  He is supposed to be well rounded, with several different emotions.  I wouldn't like Bowser as much if he was a 1 dimensional villain.

I also don't care for storylines in a game.  I always skip the cutscenes games and go straight to the game.

I think the reason for the 100 ups is to make the player feel better about themselves.

That would be great, you could unlock something like the super secret trailer to Waluigi's own game that comes out in 2011 when you complete all the difficult secret levels!

What I mean by success is how many copies the game sold.  I mean, look at great games like Earthbound, they didn't sell so well, but its still an awesome game, better than most games out today.  In not saying that great games=bad sales or bad games=great sales, I'm saying that game quality=/=success of the game.

The success of a game doesn't rely on quality as so much as advertisement or special effects.  Look at games like Kingdom Hearts, they did so well because of advertisement, but the gameplay itself is a different story.

11)  you can cross lava if you have a turtle shell.
12)  All your wounds will heal if you jump in water and stay on the surface.
13)  you can fly with a cap that has tiny wings on it.
14)  If you jump randomly in the air, you might find a floating treasure chest.
15)  You can defeat a ghost by punching it's back or with hammers.
16)  Go karts don't need fuel or any kind of maintenance.
17)  If you eat green watermelons whole, then you can spit out the seeds like a machine gun.
18)  If the melon is red, then you can breath fire.
19)  If its blue, then you can spit mist of ice.
20)  If you step on a round, blue space, 3 coins will appear, sometimes 6.
