I played a bit of it and it seemed fun enough to buy. The car segments and stuff do indeed remind me of Yoshi's Island a lot, which is good. It's a lot better than I was expecting from the trailers.

I would be glad to discuss this in its own thread.

Dude $5 is practically free compared to all these lame $50-$60 games you apparently have to buy.

Then it will get mega fan backlash and be released anyway like TvC.
Or not since doesn't Nintendo publish Prof. Layton here? And they don't like to publish anything these days.1

Well if you have a bunch of glitches, how can they all stand out?

I don't think I grew up with anybody. My closest friend from childhood had to move away about 12 years ago, but we still hang out about once a year and keep in touch.
All my other friends I have now I think I got within the last three years. Maybe 5 or so for one.

Warp how have you not played SF64? Anyway no that level is totally not hard or annoying at all.
This reads more like a list of "these games are awesome because you actually need to be good" but throws in curveballs like Madden?!?!?!? and Call of Duty?!?!?!? to make me ultimately say "what the"
Most of this stuff isn't annoying at all. Does the author know what annoying is?
What the heck is pressure-sensitive jumping? I've never even played a game with that. Mega Man has always had variable jump height and still does, if that's what he thinks he means. I know some games don't, and those can be slightly annoying I suppose. Maybe he just didn't play any of these games.

Oh and that screenshot shows MK64's Rainbow Road, you know, one of the ones with guardrails.

Bad network infrastructure, won't get improved without a paid subscription system, not as fun as finding more actual people to play with* <-- 3 reasons

*Sounds like you need a couple actual friends. I used to not have any either.
