As Nintendo has just released a new version of the Wii Shop Channel enabling users to send games as gifts to their friends, I thought it would be neat to see what VC titles the people here at the Forums want. Post here, and who knows? Maybe someone'll be nice enough to give a gift!

I don't think you understood. What I meant was for people to post VC games that are already out that they wish to get. As in for free from someone else. As a gift.

Someone could get me Sin and Punishment if they'd like.

Nah, I'm content. A friend of mine said he was going to send it.

It was a joke... from the future.  Actually, I understood, but I have 79 VC titles downloaded so there's nothing up now that I want.

Yeah, I got my 1.0 GB SD today. It's so annoying to move crap around and stuff, like you have to keep trading games to play another one.

I've been having a great wanting for some Pokémon Snap and/or Yoshi's Story action.
Kind of expensive, though. I guess SMB3? I wouldn't buy that for myself.

I gave VC gifts to several people on these forums, but I refuse to gift ToeJam and Earl.  I tried it myself and hated it.  It's my least favorite of the 80+ VC downloads I have, and that's saying a lot.

BTW, I am planning Mii and BOINC contests with VC Gifts as prizes and will make new threads for them when I have more time.

Feel free to do some research on your own before I start the thread here.  I'd have made a TMK/FF team a long time ago (already got Deezer's approval), but I'm running a project for my physics class now and can only have one team at a time per account.

Don't. I wouldn't expect most people here to know about BOINC. In fact, I was surprised when Luigison mentioned it.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

I'm in a giving mood, but haven't took time to make my Mii thread so I'm going to give a free VC game to the first person who can name at least five of my top ten Miis on the Check Mii Out channel.  I'm DrBrainAge on the channel and am currently ranked 86th in North America.

I saw Alf, Garfield, Bert, Geordi, Leonard Nimoy/Spock, Maggie Simpson, Shaggy, a Blooper, a Goomba, a chimpanzee, and the Batman symbol. And you're up to 58th as of this morning.

58th!  Very cool.  Looks like there's been some changes in my Mii stars since last night, your viewing it, and now.  BTW, if you can't find me on the ranking check the Sci-Fi Convention contest.  I made 44th place there.

I registered you, but after several minutes you're still grayed out on my Wii.  Please register me if you haven't already.  Luigison: 4893 4649 9600 3720

In case other's here missed hem, here are my current top Miis:

Of course those are old images since they didn't even have five stars then.  Both Miis were made by me while my wife and I went back and forth from the Mii Channel and SMB VC.  If you want to import (and copy) either of these just do a search in the channel by entry number (see images above).

Also, I have about 180 Miis now and you can only view 50 (top 10 + 40 random) Miis at a time without resetting and/or reloading the channel.

Would anyone else be interested in VC Gifts for naming, importing, favoriting, or attempting to copy/improve any of my Miis?

Just registered you now. My internet's been a little flaky lately, since the college apparently doesn't think wi-fi is very important during finals week, but if I can't get it to work, I should at least have a good connection when I go home on Tuesday. I really like the way you did the glasses-mustache on Luigi, btw.
