Kid Icarus: Uprising on 3DS. Graphics are near-Wii level. It's what Sakurai's been working on since Brawl. Might be hard for left-handers to play, since it uses the slide pad (analog nub) and stylus. Air and land battles -- Pit can't fly normally, but he gets the power for a few minutes at a time to fly to the next ground battle location. Decent voice acting.

Nintendogs + Cats 3D. Iwata Asks: Facial recognition added to some extent -- tilt your head and the puppy tilts his head; working on having them recognize the face of their owner. Better graphics -- they have fur now, making them much cuter.

3rd party support: Ninja Gaiden, Dead or Alive, Samurai Warriors, Saints Row, some kind of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts games at some point, Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle, Assassin's Creed, DJ Hero, RIIIIIIDGE RACER, and Metal Gear Solid. Kojima says the 3DS will make games as a whole evolve into something new.

Fingerprints got in the way of 3D, so top screen is 3D and bottom screen is touch. PSP-like analog nub (looks like, but only on the left. D-pad has been pushed down quite a bit. 1 camera on the inside, 2 on the outside -- take 3D pictures. Can play 3D Hollywood movies, though no specific plans are being announced this week (on the one hand, they won't be getting any Sony Pictures movies, but on the other hand, they might end up getting every other studio, since there's no other affordable way to watch 3D movies outside of theaters yet (unless Sony announces a 3D PSP today)). Tag mode is on all the time now, no longer game-dependent. Also has some kind of WiiConnect24-like thing, apparently. Iwata suggested in post-show Iwata Asks that Nintendogs, Animal Crossing, and Pokemon support new tag mode. Motion sensor and gyro.

That motherboard was legit. Top screen wide and a little bigger than the bottom.

The 3DS on stage and on the screen is two-tone: black or silver on the top, DSi-ish aqua on the bottom. The one in the Iwata Asks videos and that they had for hands-on experiences looks like it's all one color. Multiple colors at launch maybe? Glossy finish on inside and outside.

Iwata mentioned in post-show Iwata Asks that it's easier to fly through hoops in Starfox now with the 3DS. No announcement of a Starfox 3DS, though.

Epic Mickey has a level that's the first level from Mickey Mania.

Skyward Sword looks like Twilight Princess but cel-shaded. No more Real Is Brown. Not coming out in 2010 anymore. Maybe only eight items.
From the post-show Iwata Asks: Miyamoto wanted to have Link holding his sword up in the air on Epona in Twilight Princess, but they couldn't make it feel right. WM+ is to holding your sword up as the SNES is to Yoshi.

Golden Sun: Dark Dawn isn't a 3DS game. My girlfriend'll be happy about that, since she just got a DS for the first time a couple months before the 3DS was announced.

Can't wait for Donkey Kong Country, though I admit I was half-expecting Retro to make it first person again.

Kirby's Epic Yarn?  Epic win.
Donkey Kong Country Returns?  Cool - The Chef will like that.
We've known Metroid: Other M was coming since last E3, but that doesn't really make it any less awesome, especially since it takes place after Metroid II and Super.
Kingdom Hearts: Re:Coded should be interesting, but I'm still miffed that Birth by Sleep is apparently exclusively a PSP title.
Yay for inFAMOUS 2.  This will be positively electric.

Well, time to look at Ubisoft's lineup.  It'll probably be more Tom Clancy stuff and a new game with those obnoxious Rabbi--HOLY CRAP ON TOAST AN ACTUAL RAYMAN TITLE

Harmonix: "Music game"
Best game on the list

Okay FF, please no Kid Icarus Uprising innuendo, but not even I can defend this:
Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D "The Naked Sample"

WM+ is to holding your sword up as the SNES is to Yoshi.
Viagra has nothing on WM+.  I KEED I KEED

Also, I forgot to mention the new Paper Mario.  Assuming this is going to be more in the style of TTYD and not SPM, it'll be awesome.

Okay FF, please no Kid Icarus Uprising innuendo
Well, my innuendo had nothing to do with Kid Icarus, and in my defense, I wrote it before you made that post.

Steel Diver is described as “New submarine-navigation game from Nintendo.” Are they finally turning that one DS tech demo into a game? Pilotwings Resort takes place on Wuhu Island.

Chomp partner?

Miis?

Starfox 64 3D

Mariokart on Wuhu Island? (other screenshots have normal courses; it's not all on Wuhu Island)

LOL @ engadget trying to record the 3D screen.  Maybe the booth babe (does that term apply here?) was actually hired by BP instead of Nintendo.

I really appreciate how Bowser torched Reggie.
So I guess the 3DS is some kind of lenticular 3D or something?
That was a joke.
