Yeah, I know... but I just can't help it. xD
If my son could decimate Lego cities with his genitals, I'd be [darn] proud.

Don't worry about it.  I've always preferred Robotnik over Eggman.

I decided to post my completed move set for Pokey Minch, as he appears here-

If I forgot anything, please tell me. Also, huge block of text warning.

A- Kick, Kick, Short burst of laser
Forward A- Mech legs kick forward on one side
Up A- Fires robotic claw upward and swipes the air a few times
Down A- Legs on one side stick out in a trip maneuver
Dash Attack- Rocket-boosted TACKLE
Standard Smash- Legs on one side stab out
Down Smash- Mech lays down with legs extended and spins like a buzz-saw
Up Smash- Sprays a cloud of gas upward
B- Laser Beam (Fires a large red beam from the eye of the mech. Chargable.)
Side B- Noxious Gas (Stuns enemies)
Up B- Tele-Pork (Warps through a vortex. Has pretty good distance, because Pokey’s jumps are terrible)
Down B- Earthquake (Rapidly stamps legs into ground)
Grabs- Robotic Claw on extendable arm
Grab Attack- Sprays of Gas
Forward Throw- Arm swings behind Mech, then snaps forward
Backward Throw- Arm swings behind and releases
Up Throw- Launches enemy up and fires Laser
Down Throw- Slams enemy into ground and fires laser
Neutral Aerial- Spins with legs extended
Up Aerial- Robot Claw shoots upward
Down Aerial- Legs come to a point and stab down
Forward Aerial- Mech Spins forward
Backward Aerial- Legs kick backwards
Taunt 1- Opens glass and shouts shouts “LOSERS!”
Taunt 2- A flag comes out that says “Pokey Rocks” and confetti sprays
Taunt 3- Mech turns towards screen, glass dome opens up, and Pokey stands and says “Come and get me, LOSER! Spankety spankety spankety!”

Final Smash- Devil’s Machine ( The Devil’s Machine appears, and Pokey presses a button in the mech, exploding the Devil’s machine. The entire background turns into Giygas, and everyone starts taking three percent damage every second. Also, if you press the A button, Giygas may throw out an “incomprehensible” attack, which can have the effects of a fully charged PK Flash or Freeze) This final smash is unavoidable.

He is, but in a different mech (I'd say one from Mother 3). I'd call him too big for a playable character, but it looks like you've done a good job capturing his possible moves. One thing, though...  how big would he be in comparison to say, Mario? Or Bowser?

Why is Captain Falcon even in Smash Bros.? He doesn't have a starring role in any game (except if you count F-Zero, but that's a racing game!).

People who like video games should also like Nintendo. People who don't like Nintendo obviously don't like video games.

I guess he's the mascot. He's also my role model. Yes, I go around saying "Show me your moves!" and "Falcon...PAUNCHHHHHHH!" all day long, with the occasional Falcon Kick.

Why the heck shouldn't he be in Smash Bros.? He's been a pretty well established character even since the original F-Zero. If we follow Mario Maniac, Fox (the best character) shouldn't have been in either.
That was a joke.

Like someone once said, if Ice Climbers - characters from a single NES game that never appeared in another game again - could make it, anyone can.
