Yeah, you can press R1 or R2 on the PS2 controller, and it has all the nessesary DVD functions on it.

...waaaayyy more than "play" and "stop".

Woah, awesome! I just hope not too many games are based on physical movements. That's one of the main reasons I play video games, I don't have to move.
