I'll get us started...

   Wii U   PS4   Xbox One
Play CDs   NoNoYes?
Play DVDs   No?Yes?Yes?
Play MP3s   No?NoYes?
Second Screen   Gamepad   VitaSmartGlass
First Party Exclusives   Mario, Zelda, DK   ?   ?
Third Party Exclusives   ?

I put question marks for things I'm not 100% about.  What would/will you add?

Bayonetta 2 is a system-selling feature for me.

PS4 is confirmed to not play MP3s; no info about Xbox One yet.

I would list price point.

The Wii U cannot play CDs.

Can confirm, I am a CD.

Actually I just tried to play one and it didn't work, but you know

I think Sonic is going third party exclusive for Wii U. I also think that there's going to be Halo in some form on Xbone.

Should Steambox be added to the table? I mean, it's technically PC, but it also appears to be competing with consoles.

I suggest a new platform: P-Console. For things like the Steambox.
Kinopio is the ultimate video game character! Who else can drive a kart, host parties, play tennis, give good advice and items, and is almost always happy??

I'm not terribly interested in console wars (besides never forgiving Microsoft for their full intentions to make the Xbone an utter crime against technology) but I'll say some things about them: the Wii U is the first console in a long time that has inherent features I really like. It's like the opposite of the Wii, which was all hype in theory and then less than amazing in practice. I didn't think much about Miiverse until I first used it and didn't realize the possibilities the semi-portability open up. It's pretty cool. So I naturally wish more games I'd want for PC or 360 were also on it*, except for the Wii U controllers' lack of analog shoulder buttons. That is my main complaint about it.

On the subject of non-Nintendos, I just got a killer PC and hope I can just keep that up-to-date as needed and never need a PS4... although downloads are still a hassle for me. And I'll miss out on an exclusive or two. Not that I'm counting on Microsoft to pay for exclusivity again when Capcom's Release The Same Thing Many Many Times Syndrome kicks in for Dead Rising 3.

*Except for when they're gifted to me on Steam or part of a Humble Bundle. Which accounts for three games I could have had on Wii U instead. Way to support third-party support for Wii U, me.

Some download-only games I'll actually prefer to buy on Steam, since they have sales more often. Of course, I might get some twice if features are different enough. I already did that with SASRT (people actually play multiplayer on the PC version), and if a Wii U version of Minecraft comes out, I'll buy that for the splitscreen.
