It's about a Net-Casino... Its name is CASINO ON NET.
It looks like a windows window:
Title: Juego en línea ¡Elige tu juego! (Gaming/Gambling -we use the same word- on line. Choose your game!)
Body: there's a multiple choice between Blacjack, Roulette, Tragamonedas (you know, /BAR/7/7/), and Video Poker. There´s a line "Play now?", with 2 buttons: Yes and No (Sí and No). And there´s another line looking like an HTML link, wich says "Vea los juegos" (Watch the games).
