If RareWare are now properties of Microsoft, how come they can still make games for the Nintendo's GameBoy Advance, if not the GameCube?

Because Microsoft does not have there own handheld system.... yet. Plus, you could tell, because Rare gets help from THQ when having GBA game. I don't know about you, but I want to play that It's Mr.Pants game. In case you don't know who he is, he is a strange stick guy in his underwear.
