The thing posted here is a Bullet Bill. The one you're thinking of is the Banzai Bill.

Other way around.  Bullet Bills have arms, and Banzai Bills don't.

I just checked Wikipedia (like that's reliable) and as it turns out they both have arms. Unfortunatly, I'm still wrong... :(

Are you sure?  In every screenshot I'm finding, Banzai Bills have no arms.

Aaand I have nothing better to do with my time than determine whether or not Banzai Bill has arms. :|

WAIT. I was lokking over the websites that talk about the Bullet Bill, and I have read several times that Banzai Bills are a form of Bullet Bill. As such, it could be possible that the picture posted is a Banzai Bill.

Okay, so now I know. Bullet Bills are the regular bills, Banzai Bills are the huge bills that come out of nowhere and have teeth.

The worst part is, my computer didn't actually load the image at first so I didn't know it moved. Then I scroll back to the image later and get a face full of alien wing-wong.
