Where can I find the book in Nokia Bay, whats the point, and how would I make a site to record info.?

First you have to find and equip the magic cellphone, then drop it in a bucket and swing it around your head three times until the great green swami appears and throws you to the four winds. Then you should find the book in a tornado and the rest is cheese. (You're on the moon after that.)
