Hello, Guys. I'm a beginner here and I need some help. My doubt is: Why Kuraun Otōto (the Younger Clown Brother) is called Grate Guy in US version of Super Mario RPG? Why "Grate" Guy?

I've wondered the same thing, actually--I mean, who wouldn't? Well, assuming you don't know the name's significance, which I would assume/hope it has. I mean, Knife Guy makes sense, but... yeah.

My guess is that it's a play 'great' as in he's a great guy. But whatever.

I was gonna guess it's supposed to be like a cheese grater, to go with the knife. Because they're both kitchen utensils.

Wow, never thought of that. Well, I know there's a trend in the game with bosses that are animate weapons, but cooking tools...?
