I am wondering where the new Zelda game lies in the chronology of the Zelda saga.

I think that the new game is actually the entire beginning of the legend. Either that, or it tells the story of a completely new Link unrelated to any of the previous ones in the older games.

What do you think?

Check out my friend's and my website, on the Link Bio page.

Go to Character Bios, then choose Link.  Read the entire holy thing.

Actually frostbite, that's NOA's way of putting it. I forgot what it was, but Shigeru Myamoto had a diffrent way of putting it. Where some Zelda games had diffrent Links, all desendents or something like that. But I didn't get it so I don't bother and go with the zelda.com way.

I hate you.

If all the different Links are children of the other ones, than does this mean all girls in the Hyrule royal family are names Zelda? And that children in the LOZ universe basically look have chilren that look like how they did when they were children?

No no no! I didn't mean the chronology of the entire series...I was just asking where the NEW Zelda GameCube game would lie in the timeline!

To put it simply, the GCN Zelda is supposed to be the first of the story.

So I guess the GameCube Zelda would happen before Ocarina of Time, which was assumedly the first chapter of the Zelda legend.

Chupperson, why would you complain about my small, insignificant misspelling of Mr. Miyamoto's name? I can make misstakes, right? Hell, I probably did in this message right now.

I hate you.

You misspelled "mistake" too. Duh. Wait a minute, why am I even replying to that? You did that on purpose. Ok, mister, I'm not the fool you take me for.
