Tavros:
By bucking around and hitting the button with your barrel, you summon Charizard from the Poké Ball. Despite throwing it without a plan, the Charizard inside seems to know what it needs to do.
And do it it does, as somehow just putting the pieces together seemed to fix them.
Maybe now you can focus on getting the rest of the president.
