Ok, sorry about that; I just lost control for a second. I think this forum is in serious need of one and one only thing: AN FAQ!

Has this been mentioned before? If so, why hasn't it been followed through with? Lemme get you guys started:

Q- Where is the secret page? Nobody will tell me on the forums!
A- Good for them! Nobody is supposed to tell you where it is anyways. Find some free time and search to your heart's content!

Q- How can I use HTML in my posts?
A- blah blah blah, (i don't feel like writing it, too much to write)

Q- Can you play as Luigi in SM64?
A- NO!
Q- Well then why does it say "L is Real 2004"?
A- Ummm, uh... well got to go!

This is sorta like a petition, just post in this topic to show everyone *ahemdeezerahem* how much we want an FAQ! Think about it: No more stupid topics by n00bs asking "how to get that book"! You gotta love it!

I know this has been asked before by somebody, but I can't quite remember who it was. So, I will ask it again:

Does anybody know where I can find a 1-Up Green t-shirt. I have tried ordering it from this one site and they only had it in large (and I'm medium), and Kohls used to sell it but I cant find it there anymore! Can somebody PLEASE help me find an online store where they sell these t-shirts?

Ok, what I am working at right here is the biggest list of annoying things, habits, or people ever. What I have so far:


-When you're on an airplane and that freakin' baby won't shut up!
-When they cheat you at restaurants by filling your glass up with more ice than whatever you ordered
-When people breathe into the microphone (grrrrrr...)
-One word: SPLASHBACKS
-When somebody is talking to you and if you try to take a step back they take a step foward so that their feet are almost touching yours
-How on AIM you have to ask people if they're being sarcastic cauz it's usually hard to tell
-those paper-thin PB&J sandwiches that u buy out of the vending machines)
-anybody who thinks sean paul can actually sing!
-people who hate everything except for rap

Please, please, please add on!

Mario Chat / Super Smash Bros.: Pandemonium

What do you speculate the new SSB will be like? Of course there will be new characters and stuff, but save that for a different topic. I'm talking game play. If I had control over the next SSB development, I would definetly add

1. Mini-Games, such as sword fights between Marth and Link, where you can only use the C-stick to swipe at your opponent. Another example would be between Mario and Luigi, and you would have to get through an obstacle course in the Mushroom Kingdom to be the first one to save the princess.
2. More advanced Adventure Mode. I'm talking 2 or three different Adventures for EACH character.
3. More human characters. I really like the way that the characters taunt each other in SSX 3. It would be hilarious to have Luigi randomly make that hilarious noise Mario makes (you know, in SM64, when Mario touches the lava?) when he smashes Mario out of the stages.
4. Style upgrades. Yeah, I know it gives you points if you do certain things, but wouldn't it be awesome to power-up your character according to how stylish you play? I really like the "GameBreakers" in Street Vol. 2. I don't know 'bout you, but I think that knockin' someone of the stage, and then chucking a Green Shell at them to K.O them should earn you SOMETHING.

About three years ago or somethin' like that, I ordered these little Mario bbs from some catalog (dont remember which one, may have been third party). well anyway I got

i just want to get an idea of how much u guyz think this collection would be worth before i even think about puting them up for sale

BTW, i just got back from soccer practice and my right hand is jerking around uncontrollably, i keep on messing up my typing so it took me twice as long to write this as it normally would have... SO APPRECIATE IT!!! I HAVE SPOKEN!

Here it is, folks, the official show-down between the two top competitors in today's gaming society! In the blue corner, we have the Sony Playstation Portable! With it's wide screen, crisp and smooth graphics, and multimedia functions, this little punk acts like he's nobody's bussines!
And in the red corner, we have the one, the only, NINTENDO DS! With it's dual screen, touch-sensitiviteyes-ess-ness, and the essential copyrights to be able to produce Mario games for it, this is one guy who won't go down without a great fight. Let's get this show on da road!

    Innovative: DS- Has two screens, one of which is touch-sensitive, to opening up new gaming possibilities
    Mobility: Tie- Though the PSP is less bulky than the DS, the DS folds up to protect the screens, unlike the PSP.
    Controls*: PSP- The DS's stylus control system will probably be harder to adjust to for Nintendo gamers, yet the PS user will be able to play with their classic controls.
    Compatibility: DS- Can play GB games
    Wireless Tech: Tie. Both systems have the Wi-Fi technology (Don't know enough statistics about this to declare a winner.)
   Screens: DS- Though the PSP has a much larger screen (480 x 272 pixels) than the DS screens (256 x 192 pixels), the DS has two freakin screens!
    Graphics: PSP- Sony wins hands down on this one; The PSP's graphics are supposed to be nearly as great as its ancestor, the PS2
    Multi-Media: PSP- ATRAC 3+ audio format, plus MPEG 4 and PCM. On the video side, it can handle MPEG 4 and Caption PNG. The media comes in little mini-discs, which will have to be specially manufactured for the PSP, unlike the PS2. Media can be downloaded onto the PSP via PC (?)
Games: DS- Which games are going to be better- games taken straight from the PS2 onto the PSP, or brand new games with totally new concepts for the DS?
Price: DS- The DS is $150, the PSP is $200


Other little snippets:

DS has voice recognition. Sweeeeeeet!
PSP will not only be able to communicate w/ other PSPs, Sony recently announced, but it will also be able to collaborate w/ the future PS3

Questions and Concerns:

First thing's first: Concerning the DS, you know that game on PS2 where you draw your own guy and he becomes animated...?!? (cough cough)

Does anyone know if the PSP just plays the music and videos, or if it will actually be able to store them. If so, how much will it be able to store? I ask this 1. out of curiousity 2. If it can store more than 20 gigs I'm automatically buyin it, sorry NOA

Best Game On The DS: Metroid Hunters. The graphics are sick and it looks awesome!

Hey everyone at the Fungi Forums. I've just signed up, but not really for the first time. I've tried to sign up twice before but for some reason I didn't get my password. Whatever. I've been reading this forum for some time before I could sign up (I think Google directed me to this site when I was trying to get sprites) and it is really great. Glad I could join!
