When you see a number come up in the next sentence you read, put the number in a calculator. Here it goes. Miley Cyrus weighed 69 pounds, which was 222 much, then 51 (I forgot what those numbers were for) X [Press the times (X) button]. It took 8 surgeons to give her surgery and the results (Press =) were a little up-side down (Flip the calculator up-side down). See what it spells.

What is wrong with kids these days? Why do you need to make elaborate (I mean that extremely loosely) stories for this.

Back in my day, 5318008 didn't need any explanation. And was more appealing.
