Yeah, you could say that.

How I solved it:
Each line is a letter. Each > is a press on the right arrow key. Each V means to press that letter. Each < means to go back to the beginning of the line. - means to skip the line.

I'll post the next code when I think of something really good. It'll probably take less than 5 years to solve, though...

...Yes, it still counts as a roll, even with a five-year gap in between.
