I'd help you but your description is incredibly vague, and lacking in the proper information.

Okay:
Im in the castle, I just fixed the plumbing so I learn what's really going on. So I run up stairs to find out I was too late, and I battle this huge guy. If you can understand where I'm at, please tell me how to kill it?

I just finished the game a bit ago, but I'm having trouble remembering. I think you're talking about Queen Bean so here's what I remember doing.

First, jump on her arms until they become little wimpy things. Of course, make sure to dodge all her attacks, like the shockwave and the bean spit...I think there's another attack but I don't remember. Now, once both her arms are gone, her crown will pop off. That's when you pull out the Bros. attacks, any one that ends with jumping on her head or whatever. Eventually she'll get her arms and crown back, but just keep repeating. I think that's how it went. Good luck!

Ah, yes.  Popple and Rookie.

Well, if you attack Popple, Rookie will counter attack, so I'd suggest getting rid of Rookie first.
Oh, and watch out for Popple:  he'll steal your mushrooms and then use them!

How do you beat that thing that kidnaps Peach right before you get to Little Fungitown? I keep on attacking it and attacking it, but it never dies! I was going at it for like 45 minutes but still it never died! Is there like some special trick you need to kill it or something? And is there anyway to see an enemy's HP?

I miss Goombario showing the HP of an enemy.

The only time you can defeat it is when it splits into the four smaller ones.  I think one of those is the real one, so...  If you've got Luigi's advanced jump move or the secret jump move, you can attack 2 or all of them at once...

I don't really know much about that guy.  I just sorta beat him.

Hmm... people, how about trying to beat a game on your own? Everytime you're stuck you ask for help. Jeeze, just go get a player's guide or something. THey have walkthroughs posted on the internet. And besides, player's guides are for wussies.

When i fought the rock monster at the fungitown lift, he never split into four pieces. I was out of BP and syrup so I had to beat him 1 HP at a time for about thirty eight hours.

Or is it?... *shifts eyes supiciously*

You hold A until the target lands on an enemy (it'll sort of float around for a bit, then light up.)  Release A then, and get ready to push B just before Luigi hits.

I think you are refering to Chuckolator.  Is so, hit him with hammers and hit his slim with your hammer too.  After he gets healed use Bros. Attacks on him.  If you still can't beat him try working with high level bros attacks and using them enough to get them to become advanced bros attacks.

Mario and Luigi probably go "AAH!" and you have to do it again.

The Andorian Mining Consortium runs from no one.

Where are the beanstones?

Ah, the beanstones...

As the ancient civilization was very short, you'll need a short Mario to be able to find them.  However, it is perhaps a bit tricky...

Both my friend and I found 9 of the beanstones, but could ever find the last one.  Determined to get them all, I later made a map, but had no trouble in locating all ten.  Perhaps the 10th beanstone hides itself unless you find out where it is before digging up the 9th... or something.

If you still can't find them all, you can use the funny litle map I made.  It's got grid lines, but they don't mean anything.  It's also not to any set scale.

But, if you can read it, go for it.

...Perhaps.

There are two caves to the right of the Hammerhead Bros' new home.  A thwomp will let you pay to smash open a single block.
The rest is luck.

I wonder if any of it's been at all helpful...  Who's to know.

Fifth, you've been a great help; I also lacked a beanstone and knew EXACTLY which one I missed (even though I searched that area abotu 8 times before, but whatever). Also, finding those hidden attacks... I can't believe I missed that cave the first go round.

Anyways, here's my piece of advice.

Right after you reach Little Fungitown for the FIRST time, IMMEDIATELY equip both Bros. with that badge that deals damage proportionally to the number of Mushrooms you have, then spend all your money on Mushrooms, Super Mushrooms, etc. Keep buying nothing but mushrooms as you continue through the game, except maybe the best clothing equippable. I, so far, have more than TRIPLED my characters' attack power with this trick. That is, I once hit 25, now the same attack does something like 80. Add this to that item that double EXP if you take no damage, and also the item that doubles the damage you give and take, and you can gain levels VERY quickly (I.E., at the rate of about 7-10 per hour).

Works very nicely for me. On Hermie III, for example, I went from requiring about 30 turns to win the first time I played to requiring FOUR.

I just beat the game this morning without any help from anyone. It took me about a week. Interestingly enough, though, I found the Chuckolator to be the hardest enemy of all of them (it took me three tries to beat it.)
