Title: Stupid Question

I need to know how to move a picture from the bottom of the page, to the top. In my story, I've created a Title Picture, but it ends up at the bottom of the post. Is there a way to have it at the top, above the script?

Upload the image to an imagehost such as Imageshack or Photobucket, then use the codes provided on the site (or place the image inside image tags using the button on the Reply page, below the Bold button) and place the code above your story (or anywhere you want it).
