Does anyone know where I can get some mario party sounds.

Umm... you can put a tape recorder up to the speakers of your TV. ; )

Don't do that. Just connect your N64 system with a Television Application to the computer. Just dump it to a .WAV file, the play a sound effect, then stop after it's heard.
