Title: Character Gone Bad

What characters have looked really good or had good potential that the game developers had messed up a few games later? And it doesn't have to be Nintendo.

King Boo, at least, from Luigi's Mansion. Surely, I'm not the only one who believes he should have stayed scary.

Whaddya mean, Suffix? SMS King Boo is totally scary! People who are drunk and high are real scary! Seriously, I agree. King
Boo looks drugged in SMS and like a marshmallow in MKDD.
