Warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans may be given for breaking any rule, depending on the severity of the offense and moderator discretion.
These rules are in effect for the public message board as well as for personal messages.

Please take note of the updated signature rules, in particular no styled text, meaning color, bold, italic, etc. These were added to the first post a month later, so some people might have missed it.

Notes for new members:

  • No asking for or posting of ROMs or links to ROMs.

So you guys know, when the rules say stuff about ROMs, they refer to commercial ROMs. Homebrew is A-OK.

Deezer, can you clarify.  While, I agree with WR, this is a so called "slippery slope", and sometimes the emulators themselves maybe illegal if they used an SDK.
