Your Java Chat works fine, Jon.

I believe the main problem is that most people don't have Java Script enabled on their Browser.

If you're using Internet Explorer, then here's how you do it:

First, click on the "Tools" tab. Next, you go to Internet Options.

Inside there, click on the Advanced Tab.

Next, find the Microsoft VM heading. Underneath it, you should see three Boxes:

Java console enabled (requires restart)
Java logging enabled
JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled (requires restart)

Make sure all three boxes are checked, and then click Apply.

If you have problems after this, I'm unaware of how to fix them.

It still won't work. I got it to work last night, but now it won't. I went to internet options.. blah blah, and did that stuff amd it still won't work. It says there was a servicing error and I have to check the host name. Please help.

The last "staged" train wreck I saw was bad. REMEMBER, this is staged so don''t freak out when you read this. The train hit a van on the tracks. The test dummy driver was decapitated, the van was pushed about 50 yards down the track, and then burst in to flames burning the other passengers. Don''t try to beat a train.

Er.. it said a start up error, not a servicing error.

Yay! We need to somehow make our own chat room in MSN Messenger or something or Yahoo Messenger or AIM and then have a link to it that way. More people can do that. But there might be some lunatic there cussing and stuff.

Maybe CC can make one for us. He made one for his game.....

It doesn't load up. It comes up with an error that says something about ActiveX and doesn't go any further.

Get a new version of ActiveX. Enable all Java. That's all I can say. We're still searching for the problem. A bunch of people can get on! Do you have Internet Explorer 6? I suggest getting it.

I have IE6. I think it's the version of ActiveX.

Where do I get it? And are you sure that it isn't DirectX you're thinking of?
