Well, his belly's slightly bigger. I don't want a fat Mario on LSD though, he'd look like a drooling slob. Actually, I saw an LSD Mario at the beginning of the Newgrounds animation NiN10Doh (didn't link to it because the whole animation has adult themes and all that).
And we've seen Yoshi on LSD before whenever he touches Fuzzy. Someone got the idea to draw a related picture (http://gravekeeper.deviantart.com/art/Don-t-Do-Fuzzy-9268769). Gotta love the Gangster Goonies.
