Meh. The animation was iffy (Even to FG standards) And really Robot Chicken did the same thing with Link and Zelda about a year ago.

Remember in the Bully episode when the doctor told Flats that Spongebob saved his life by performing CPR for 5 hours straight?  That was hilarious the first time I saw it.  One of my favorite "newer" episodes is the one where Spongebob accidentally broke squidwards face with a door which strangly made him beautiful!  That episode was really funny!

Actually that one was pretty good in my opinion (Compared to the rest of season 5, ugh)

oh and:

Now that's what made the earlier seasons so great.

That episode is awesome, but Chocolate with Nuts is the best. That episode really hit on all cylinders. I think the general consensus among fans is that it is the greatest episode ever, but I think Survival of the Idiots is also a prime contender.

Nah, Chocolate with nuts was good, but it's way too overrated with the fans (CHOCOLATTTEEEEEEE) My favorite would have to be Just One. What ever happened to those painted images and funny faces in the show? that was a huge part of the show (And one reason why it was so funny) but now they seem to be gone.

regular syndicated episode of The Simpsons..

lol syndicated. Well as I remember it, I was in he fourth grade, during lunch. trying to enjoy my food when I was picked up by mother. I asked her what was going on and she said "A terrorist attack!!" She said that earthquakes were reported from one tower falling. Our whole family was watching it on TV, I think I saw the second one fall but I'm not sure.

spongebob

I hope you mean the ones before season 4. Because after that the series went downhill. But I am watching for those new episodes of South Park and King of the Hill.

Note that I was referring to Super Mario Sunshine, not Super Mario Galaxy.
It uses one theme for nearly all the normal level BGMs in the game, much like SM64.

Sorry, I misread that.

I bought it! Now what should I spend the remaining 1300 on...?

Buy it again because it's so awesome.

I never had a problem with SMS's soundtrack. I liked the choice of instruments. It suffered extensively from single-theme syndrome though.

What do you mean? You mean that some songs sounded too alike? (Purple Coins, Gusty Garden, credits)

I had a bit of a thing for the starry night backgrounds myself. I'm a sucker for starry backgrounds...

QFT. I also enjoyed the windows with lightning in the last level, the underwater part of the level, and Mario and Luigi's face in the coin heavens and bonus rooms.

Welcome to the land of opinions! Everyone has one, and sometimes they may be one that you disagree with.

That was not an opinion, it's a proven fact.

I think Galaxy's pretty much the hands-down winner (it gets my vote too). Let's leave second favorite soundtracks open for discussion as well, because mine would be Super Paper Mario. It has lots of great music that fits the level themes perfectly, and it's the first time I've heard actual recurring themes for particular characters, bar Grodus (that was in a much more minor way anyway). The different remixes of Count Bleck's theme were great.

About Galaxy itself, I like...
-Good Egg (very fitting and epic for a "mission" air)
-The ghost theme (nice and creepy, would also fit something else like a post-apocalyptic ice area)
-Gusty Garden (what everyone else said; very generous and epic. I'm not sure what I mean by generous, but that word came to mind)
-Melty Molten (intense, firey, and catchy)

These are just my particular favorites; I love almost all of the tracks, including some like the ice/fire theme, Dusty Dune, and Purple Coins.

Don't forget Toy Time Galaxy, Gateway Galaxy, Space Junk Galaxy, That remix of the SMB3 athletic theme,
Bowser Stage, Metal Bowser and a bunch more I forget, oh and, the best is Super Mario Galaxy (no contest)

Galaxy, hands down.  I could listen to the Gusty Garden Theme all day.

Oh please, Purple Coins was much better than Gusty Garden.

I'm getting this right now.

The remix in PMTTYD was bad? I thought it was great! Specially when it changes and becomes darker as you enter the 2nd half of the palace.

Best: SMG. Toy time Galaxy and Rocky Road are awesome.

Worst: Can't think of anything!

and I place a vote on "Best First Level"
