The upskirt was kind of underwhelming, but still cool.

Lol, I knew someone was going to bring that up. It was unintentional, but glad you liked it.

Whats up everyone, I'm not sure if anyone remembers me but I haven't posted in awhile lol. I've been messing around with SMS again and I found a couple things. I just uploaded this video showing that its possible to actually kidnap peach yourself (with cheats): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6HjL7hgSOI
I apologize if I'm late and everyone knew about this, but as far as I know there's only one other video on it. So I figured it was obscure enough to still be noteworthy.

I also figured out how to modify a cheat to get any number of shine sprites. From what I've tested, there may have been intended to actually be 122 total, because from 123 on the brightness in delfino plaza resets to 0 so the island literally becomes pitch black. It gradually gets lighter the higher you go up and I'm not 100% sure but it drops again and repeats continuously until 999 (It wont display 1000 no matter what, and it freezes when you get a shine). I might record a video of this if anyone's interested.

90% of the unused overworld levels are just duplicates of the bonus room because any undefined level is automatically set to Level 0, which is the bonus room. All the overworlds are connected (when you go through the "loop" on the right side of the Special World you actually go through Vanilla Dome. It doesn't show you in Vanilla Dome because you didn't go through an exit tile) so you're probably just accessing a level on another overworld that you didn't unlock yet.

Well the title screen level is an actual level in the game right? I'm pretty it accesses the title screen version of the level when you do the glitch because (if you watched the video) there's no enemies or an exit to the level and when you start the level your position is glitched. I wonder if any of the unused overworld levels are actually unused levels.

Mario Chat / Huge SMA2 level access bug (need help investigating)

So I found this video:
<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rKZXMEU-Hc" target="_blank">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rKZXMEU-Hc</a>

Then I found out that you can do this trick anywhere in the game. All you need to to is press select + whatever direction and Mario will walk in that direction regardless of the set path. I tested it in several areas in the game and so far each of them bring you to the bonus room. I'm really not sure why the particular one in the video brings you to the title screen level, but I'm guessing this means that there's more levels that you can access in the game that are hidden. In addition, the particular one in the video is the only one that gives you the select screen with the blank levels, which allows you to go to glitch worlds. I didn't find anything that interesting with this; about 3 of them bring you to the top left corner of the map, one of them freezes the game, one of them brings you to a glitch world with the regular map music, and one is a glitch world with the title screen music. There could possibly be more levels found if I had more people to help me investigate this.

Mario and Luigi brought their karts to the LA Auto Show!  You can win 'em!  http://shigeruslist.com/2011/11/17/mario-and-luigi-crash-the-la-auto-show/

That has to be one of the sickest things I've seen in my life (relating to Mario). Screw a car, I'd drive this everywhere.

They probably just said "screw it" and took out all of the DK characters (besides DK of course) and made MKSC.

In Soviet Russia, Super Curcuit is best Mario Kart game!

I don't understand why people think it's a bad Mario Kart game. And despite it not having any "connections" to any Mario game it still had probably the most creative tracks of any MK game.

Not badly-rendered, just low-poly. Pinna Park is so far away from Pianta Village that unnecessary detail would just be an unwelcome bogging-down of the game. I'm surprised there's more than just a blurry 16x16 texture in PP's place, for Pianta Village...

As much as I hate the game, I'll commend Sunshine for its insistence to keep the parts of the island visible when you would expect them to be.

Yeah I didn't know the proper term, lol. But yeah it's quite surprising too. Especially because if you look the way that Pinna Park is facing in relation to Pinata Village, you shouldn't be able to see the back of it (aka where I am in the picture). Another interesting thing off my head is that you can see Sirena Beach from Gelato Beach but without hax you shouldn't be able to see it (I think). And there's more too but they either weren't that interesting or I can't think of them off my head at the moment.

But where is it exactly and how do you get there? Hax? Wierd Rocket Nozzle bug? Behind pachinko board? (Again with hacks}

I used this thing called the XYZ hack in AR. It's a 40 line code and there's only like 2 other people I've seen on youtube who have it but neither really show what it can do. It's pretty interesting but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time putting in the painfully long code like I did. Basically it lets you go through everything and go through every physical boundary in the game so you can go "out" of levels and past the hard-coded walls.

One more thing is that I realized whoever developed the game did a really good job too. It doesn't freeze or glitch up at all when you're doing it no matter how far out of the level you go. The only thing is that sometimes when you go into the episode select screen it freezes but I found a way past that.

How can we discuss it if we don't know where it is? If we knew its location, we would at least be able to speculate why it's there and etc.

Okay fine, lol. Basically its badly rendered version of the outside of Pinna Park which I accessed through Pianta Village.

Ummm... where is this?

It's a secret...I'm not sure if I want to just go out and say it.

Mario Chat / Super Mario Sunshine - Weird Hidden Title

After being inspired by the hidden toad that was found in the game I decided to play again and this is what I found:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GneyKtPboc4

And I didn't say this on the video btw, but it's in the beginning of the game so thats why I don't have FLUDD.

Well it appears that people have opposing views.

To be honest, this kind of seems like the game everyone expected SM64 to be. I'm sure it'll be a good game even though I'm sick of "classic throwback mario" games. I can't really expect that much for a hanheld system, and to be honest I could care less just give me Super Mario Sunshine 2 in HD on the Wii U or whatever it's called.
