PaperLuigi, I hope you aren't offended by what I'm about to say, but I think you would make a beautiful woman. If you wanted to be one, that is.

Video Game Chat / Re: Things That Made You Poop A Little.

I can only recall one actual poop-inducing gaming moment in my life.

2004, AUGUST. Summertime. The family and I had just arrived back from the swimmin' hole. My sister and I were very into Animal Crossing at the time. That evening my sister was playing, everything was perfectly fine. We recently had begun trying out the town traveling feature, in which two memory cards must be in your Gamecube at once, both having town data on them. However, there are apparently consequences if you, for some reason, turn off or reset the game while in the town you had traveled to.

In that session, she had traveled to our alternate town on our secondary memory card, and attempted to return to our original one. However, Porter was being a total jerk and refused to let her travel back for some odd reason. There was apparently some issue regarding the memory cards that was making it impossible to do so, I don't really know what happened. IT WAS AN ODD SITUATION TO BE IN. We couldn't travel back and therefore couldn't save and turn off the game, but we knew we weren't supposed to turn it off while in a different town. In the end we had no choice but to shut the game off.

The next morning, my sister had fired up the Gamecube and began to play Animal Crossing. Nothing seemed amiss until she attempted to load her character. She was informed by the loading screen villager that all items and bells on her would be taken from her, and that alone would be shocking enough, until the horrible moment her durpy character stepped out of the door of its house...

HER FACE WAS GONE!!!1!1 Scared the bajeebers out of me, I tell ya. I didn't play that game for a good three months or so. I recall having to poop after this experience.

Anywho, here's what it actually looks like for anyone who may be confused.

And so the moral of the story is, never buy off brand memory cards. The end. *closes book*

Baffuron has got to be the best Pokemon in the world. I can't wait to see how Shanderaa turns out, though. Base 145 special attack Ghost/Fire STAB is going to be amazing, I just hope it's not shelved to ubers. Overall I don't see too many special sweepers, compared to the amount of slow hard hitting physical Pokemon there are (Roopushin, anyone?).

On a side note, Maggyo is the most adorable thing in the world.

Competitive play is paying attention to EVs, IVs, movesets, following clauses- the works, against other people who do the same. And that usually involves wifi unless you happen to be lucky enough to live in an area with many other people that play competitively as well. Unless you use Shoddy Battle or something.

Pretty much no one goes to tournaments. I know nothing about actual tournaments that are held places. But no one goes to them, so meh.

Yeah, I think I was being a bit harsh when I said that I thought it was stupid that people would dislike Pokesav because it's cheating. It's perfectly understandable that a lot of people would rather train up their Pokemon legitimately. However, I'll still stand by Pokesav wholeheartedly. The majority of us just don't have the time or patience to make the perfect Pokemon, but still want to play competitively, and that's what truly makes Pokesav wonderful. I still love training up a legit Pokemon every now and then.

Ah. Just ignore my small vocabulary, then. I'll begin being more conscious about that, and attempt to spice it up a bit. Excuse me.

Disliking Pokesav simply because it's "cheating" is incredibly dumb to me. You try breeding for a Pokemon with amazing IVs, and the correct Hidden Power, then talk to me. Don't like it, don't use it, but you cannot deny how incredibly useful and practical it is when playing competitively. Unless you're thinking about the small percentage of people who use it to completely ruin the experience of the game.

How was my Latias comment redundant? I'm able to not be a complete expert on a Pokemon, but still have an opinion on it. I know enough about it to form an opinion of whether or not it should be Uber.

If you don't play competitively, you should try. It's really not as hard as you would think, and it really does bring more life into the games. I've been competitive for three years and I'm happy I did it.

I'm honestly not that familiar with Latias, to be honest. I never used it in the months that it was OU, and whenever it was used against me I honestly didn't have much trouble with it because I love to run banded Careful specially defensive Tyranitar, which is basically BUILT to kill Latias. But Latias is amazing at sweeping, and support, so I understand why it went to Ubers. It was just dominating the metagame.

Salamence, if you ask me, is more of a threat than Latias. At least with Latias you know she's going to hit you from the special side. With Salamence it's a completely different story. Something is going to get hit hard, or he's going to be able to set up before you know the set, and by then it's too late a lot of the time. Salamence is extremely unpredictable and therefore doesn't truly have a counter. Even though Choice Band Scizor can deal with it alright after Stealth Rock and one turn of Life Orb damage.

EVing is really confusing and frustrating if you don't know what you're doing. But after you do it for long enough you get it down to a neat little system. I just breed, IV check, level them up, de-EV them, vitamins, infect with Pokerus, EV train. Of course it helps if you have the Power Items, which turns one Bidoof into 10 HP EVs and makes it much, much faster. IVs are more frustrating since you can't control them as easily. I don't exactly breed for IVs, simply because I'm lazy. Though I'd like to teach myself how. I simply breed six of the same thing, same natures and all that, and IV check those. So at least there's a little bit of control with that.

Overall, Pokesav = Must have.

If you're lucky enough to even find your opposite gender counterpart, of course it's acceptable to flirt.

Uhhh, hrm. Wha?
Don't question it. It's an interesting thought, and that's all that really matters at the end of the day. Either way, it was only meant to parody The Chef's post.

I wear two pairs of glasses at once, have unnaturally large hands with no skin or muscle on them at all, mutton chops, a handlebar moustache, and a massive beard adorned with colorful bows.

But I already got a girl so sorry.

Shame on you. Getting my hopes up like that. Though the mental image was fabulous.

I'm a sucker for pale-skinned brunettes (not necessarily goth, but it's a plus) with lovely legs. Glasses are also nice. Boobs are nice, but flat-chests work just as well.

I feel like you just described how I look, minus the glasses part. It should be noted that I currently lack sideburns and a beard, but am highly capable of growing copious amounts of facial hair in short amounts of time.

*waits for Captain Jim to show up and make some sort of joke about me being a flirt*

Eh, being flirtatious is nothing terrible. Then again, I'm going through a flirtatious phase, myself.

I feel like you just described how I look, minus the glasses part. It should be noted that I currently lack boobs, but am highly capable of growing copious amounts of breast tissue in short amounts of time, but at least flat-chests work just as well.

Also the fact that I'm sunburned to the point where I look like a tomato, but that's partly due to being pale in the first place. So your it's call.

*waits for I'm not even sure what*

I doubt they'll introduce a Light type, ever. The types are already pretty balanced, and we've already got sixteen of them as it is (I think sixteen? Meh). Reshiram looks like a cross between Suicune and Lugia, if you ask me. With an added boner, of course.

Any opinions on Latias being banished to Ubers? Or how you feel about Salamence being tested next?

Hey, Chuck Norris was drawn rushed two years ago. Gimme a break. But I actually never noticed the hat thing... I have noticed the sad excuse for a star badge, though. That's just lazy.

I do nay understand your questioning of the bread. I made the bread small, but I don't see how you can tell exactly how small it is simply by looking at the picture. It's smaller (or just about as big as) than a penny, though. If that answers your question. No photoshop was used in any of these. Some slight contrast editing and some sharpening just to bring some life that was lost through putting it on the computer, yes.
