My brother was replaying some SMG levels today and, after going back to the file select screen, we noticed that, when you choose a file (but before starting the game), there is some number under the total play time on that bar above your icon's head. I think it was 200-something on mine and 500-something on my brother's. Just out of curiousity, what does it mean?

I believe that number indicates the number of deaths you have in that file.
The Mario series is the best! It has every genre in video games but RTS'! It also has a plumber who does different roles, a princess, and a lot of odd creatures who don't seem to poop!

Since Super Mario Galaxy is so eeeeeeeeaaaaaaaasyyyyyyyyyy mine reads zero at all times unlike Super Mario Bros. which is the hardest game ever ever evvver
