Unlike the Ice Climbers, she looks like a puppet character, a la Carl Clover from BlazBlue or Ms. Fortune from Skullgirls. It's going to be interesting to see how a proper implementation of that character dynamic will fit into SSB.

(no one here has mentioned Daisy and I bet most of us can agree Rosalina is more interesting and appropriate for both SSB4 and SM3DW, even if still a bit of an out-there choice for the former. I just like this picture and wanted to share it.)
