  • One set is best 3 out of 5 10-turn matches
  • Tournaments are double elimination
  • Turbo controllers are banned
  • Bonus Stars off
  • Minigames may be started in practice mode if both players consent to it

Spiny Desert
Waluigi’s Island

Counterpick (can only be chosen after first match):
Deep Bloober Sea
Creepy Cavern

I don't care what anyone says about how much slower it is or about what so-called techniques (we all know they were glitches) were removed; Mario Party 4 is just better

I know man. I hope Project 3 can help bring more people to the MP4 scene, after all, those white N64 controllers won't last forever. I'm at least glad Nintendo let it appear at EVO this year.

That's what I thought of, anyways...
No, it's because he's great in water based (and all) minigames, to the point where doing nothing makes him win. Check out this combo video.
