Forgot I was reading this in this topic and came very close to losing.
If she is indeed genetically mutated such that she has an eye in the back of her head, then I guess that she is genetically mutated and has an eye in the back of her head.

It's not that some of the StareDads I've seen aren't funny, it's just that the style of the joke is pretty well-treaded, and taking only a third of the original comic and blowing up the last panel was pretty forced.
